A popular and emerging twenty year old You tuber Ajey Nagar ( Carryminati ) had just uploaded a video curiosity titled "You tube vs tik tok |The end" that was on course to become India's most liked non-music video on you tube. That was record breaking video by a Indian You tuber| CarryMinati sparked off a battle online.

This was the biggest fight in the creator ecosystem, not just in India, but world wide. No one such had seen anything like this before,"said by popular YouTube creators". During pandemic, it all blew up and you could be forgiven if you didn't know who Ajey Nagar (CarryMinati) is, Or even for that matter.


The popular twenty year old You tuber had just uploaded a video curiosity titled " You Tube vs Tik Tok - The end " that was on course to become " India's most liked non-music video on Youtube. The chatter around India's growing content creator community was that Nagar had allegedly used slurs like 'meetha' and 'pari' to describe a tik tok creator and the subject of his now infamous "roast". He said that he would take him (Amir Siddiqui) to the sweet shop and sell him for Rs 200".


Once the video got taken down, it got only popular, given the way the web works. Nagar, who held about (11- million subscribers) before that video and after that video count rise to (18.8 - million subscribers). His fans had virtually captured land on “trending topics”, with nearly eight to 10 (of the 20 it allows) hashtags dedicated to Carryminati, including some like #JusticeForCarryMinati.

Growing up all i ever wanted to do was make videos and entertain people. I started making videos since i was 10 and i haven't stopped since. I have given my hope, dreams, blood, sweat my whole life to my people on Youtube, A UGC platform where the entire content is built by users and creators like myself who somehow believe they will entertain many people regardless of the access to resources they need . It's hard to accept this - but this video will remain banned and won't be restored. This video had already broken several records and that we were just each day faraway from saying that the foremost popular liked non-music video globally belongs to an Indian creator. Sometimes the most important achievements become a simple target to be pulled down. Not getting enough answer can be the most disappointing situation to be in. Well all i can say is it has been a very frustrating day.

Amir Siddiqui statement- 

(NoorSiddiqui), a CD ( casting director ) for social media influencers says, “CarryMinati (Ajey Nagar) was very misbehave and abusive and that's against Indian law and culture. But we discover that sort of language in Hindi movies too. YouTube shouldn't have taken down the video.” Another former TikTok creator adds, “Carry was abusive, but was logical. People love him. Whereas Amir Siddiqui was idiotic and illogical.”

Tik Tok on play store-

When the two social creators clashes with each other one from YouTube (CarryMinati) and the other one from Tik Tok ( Amir Siddiqui ) then fan army of CarryMinati was showing the support and rating tik tok badly on play store thus it became global online war or some described as a “culture war” among India’s content creators, with elements of the digital right-wing piggy backing on what one creator describes. At first, this is able to involve a “rage-filled” effort to down-rank TikTok’s rating on the Google Play Store from 4.5 stars (on 16 May) to 1.2 stars on (21 May). Google has since begun performing on cleaning up the organised abuse.
